Craig is a writer and develops exercise programs for Men’s Fitness magazine, one of the most prestigious and well read magazines catering to the young male population.

After reviewing this program, the information is solid and compact, yet impactful. Sometimes in programs you tend to see people perform a ‘mind dump’ with no specific purpose or plan, but rather to serve to confuse readers and not bring clarity to the fat loss mission.
